Registrations for the next session commence in the month of December on the prescribed form available at the Reception. Registration does not guarantee admission. Registered children are required to appear for a written test in the month of February. At the time of admission, photographs of the student as well as the parents, a photocopy of the date of birth certificate and school leaving certificate of the last school attended have to be submitted.
The child should fulfill the following age criteria on 1st April of the academic session:
Minimum 1 year 9 months
Minimum 2 years 6 months
Minimum 3 years 6 months
Minimum 4 years 6 months
Admission & Withdrawal guidelines
Pupils are generally admitted at the beginning of the session. Admission is granted only after the child has passed a test in general aptitude for the essential class subjects. Students selected for admission are required to produce a School Leaving Certificate from the last attended.
In case a child is to be withdrawn during the session, a written notice must reach the school office one month prior to the payment of the next instalment or else the full instalment will have to be paid. Those who wish to withdraw their ward after December have to pay full payment of January, February & March.
If a child is to be withdrawn at the beginning of the new session, a written notice must reach the School Office before the 10th of February failing which, the first instalment of fee will have to be paid.
School Leaving Certificate will be issued on a written request (on the prescribed performa) from the parent/ guardian only after all the dues have been cleared. Days: Wednesday, Saturday.
Security deposit is refunded only if a student is leaving at the end of the session for which a written request should be forwarded within a month of leaving.
