Parental Co-operation

  • Kindly bring your Entry Pass for entering the school due to an official work.
  • Parents are expected to co-operate with the School authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline.
  • Parents are expected to meet the teachers on Parent-Teacher Meet which is held on Second Saturday of each week.
  • Parents are not allowed to move into the classes and make enquiries from the teachers during class hours. Tiffins will not be accepted at the gate after 9:00 a.m.
  • In addition to signing the Report card, rotational Evaluations/ Reviews, Class Tests and Circulars, Parents are expected to sign the School Diary daily.
  • Parents are expected to ensure that their Children are neat and tidy before leaving for School. The School diary should be consulted for the correct uniform.
  • children must be in their respective classrooms atleast five minutes before the time fixed for classes to commence.
  • Regular defaulters of punctuality will be sent home after five warnings (Stamps) which will be entered in the Discipline Record of the School Diary.
  • Student should not be sent too early (i.e. before 7:40 a.m. in Summer and 8:10 a.m. in Winter) or be picked too late (i.e. 2:10 p.m. in Summer and 2:40 p.m.) in Winter. Beyond these timings, the School will not be responsible for any on toward incident involving your ward.
  • Children should not bring sharp edged objects to School. Any kind of damage done in the School premises is to be made good.
  • Half Day Leave should be discouraged. In case of dire emergency, an application must reach the School Office latest by 9:00 a.m.
  • A child suffering from a contagious disease should not be sent to School even during Exam/ Test days till he/ she completely recovers.
  • If your ward is absent from School, he must make up for all the missed work-details of which can be noted down from the homework register of the class.
  • Regular defaulters of Home Assignments are liable to be detained after School hours.
  • No student shall take tuition from any teacher of the School without permission of the Principal.
  • The Management will at no time be held responsible in case of unavoidable or unexplaining accidents arising from malafide behaviour of the students in its care.
