Today, I feel honoured to acknowledge the achievements of our brilliant students who have made both the school and their parents proud. The school recognizes the young talents who have made an immense contribution to our school and the society. These brilliant students exhibit such qualities that will not only help them in achieving their goals, but also bring glory of success to our school academy. St Soldier Int Convent School has stepped into its 25 th year of establishment with excellence in academics . Our school stand tall in the hub of Educational institutions of the Tricity ( Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali )
We are blessed with the Visionary Management who keeps encouraging and supporting us in the upliftment of the Education and constantly upgrading the infrastructure of the school .

We are never complacent, we learn , relearn create , invent design redesign our curriculum to suit the needs of the millennium child and provide a holistic education for Life .
Highlights of a few things which have happened at St Soldiers during the past year 2017-18 Academic Year .

95.4% Vanshika Sharma has got 100out of
100 in Biology .
Many students have got secured 99 in Painting & Physical Education 95 and above in English, Biology, Physics , Chemistry and Economics .
Last year, CBSE re introduced Board Examination with a remodelled Pattern after 9years . 13 students from our school bagged 90 % and above the Toppers Ankit Rubal and Bikramjit Singh bagged 95.6%. Our Student Shriya Shree has secured 100/100 in Hindi .
A few students have cleared NEET and JEE as well .
Another Milestone , Our Alumni Ms Meenakshi Chaudhary, studying Dentistry has
clinched the Femina Ms India Grand -2018 title
. She has bagged the Title of Grand International Ist Runner up .
She has created history and shown a path to the younger generation .
She has made our school and the country proud .
| Now Moving on to the sports achievements , Our student Hemjit Singh has fetched Gold Medal in the International Hockey Camp held at Bhopal , He has been selected for the India Camp. Abhineet Khangaroo Isqhpreet Singh and Jashanvir Singh all hockey players have been selected for the India Camp . Raj Kumar another Basketballer has bagged Gold in the Youth Nationals This year Abhineet Khangru and Angad vir Singh have been selected by Khelo India Khelo and they have been awarded with a scholarship of Rs 8 lac per year for 5 consecutive years . Abhishek and Vajinder Singh are the winners of School National Volley ball Championship held at Tamil Nadu and Kerela . Our School had hosted TT CBSE Cluster twice once in 2012 and the other in 2017 and our Champions bagged the Overall Trophy in 2017 . The Sports Achievements : CBSE Table Tennis Cluster at St Joseph School, Chandigarh Winners CBSE Basket Ball Clusters at Gian Jyoti School Phase 2 ,Mohali Winners CBSE Volley Ball Cluster at Shishu Niketan School Sector 22 Chandigarh Winners CBSE Cluster Kabbadi Winners Three Students have been selected for Punjab State . In Skating Manjinder Singh , Nikhil Malhotra , Jaskaran Singh , Simranjot Singh and Jovanjot Singh has won the All India Roller Basketball Championship has bagged . We believe in bettering the best . Every year we have been clinching Awards in drama And Street Plays, Poetry Recitation . We are the top rankers in Comp. Sc -IT sector as well . Each year we conduct a Tec fest to promote Technology Aided Learning – TAL . Rhymes and Recitation to promote Spoken English with correct modulation and intonation .With the support of our management we have a 42 seater Language Lab for the students wherein they are exposed to self learning of correct pronunciation and sentence structure . Practical & Hands on Experience is provided Vide the School’s Mock Company run by the Commerce students of Class XI . Field Trips to Vidhan Sabha , Sanghol , Virasat –E Khasla Chappar Chiri , Science City Kaputhala , Post Office , Natures Park , Police Stations and Village Panchayat are organized planned as our annual features . This year being the Silver Jubilee year of the school , I feel privileged to announce that we have hosted ROBOTIC CHAMPIOSHIP IRONBOT 2018 for the first ever time and it was an amazing experience . Our Students _competed with the best of the schools and secured the Trophy in ROBO Race . Inorder to improve on this , we have planned to conduct intra school robotics Completions from next year onwards We have also introduced NSS for the students of Classes XI & XII Bharat Scouts and Guides for the students of Classes VI-VIII , We already NCC for the students of Classes IX & X . As a part of the celebration we have to hosted a series of Inter School Literary& Music & Dance Competitions as well as the District Basket Ball Tournaments along with the regular Sardar Dalip Singh Memorial TT Tournaments . The entire school has participated in Kala Kriti an Exhibition on Art / Craft Classs VII – XI staged the Ist Light and Sound Show Sher – E Punjab Maharaja Ranjit Singh under the tutelage of Dr Sahib Singh , a renowned Theatre Person The Students of Classes III – V staged Oliver – A Musical . The Students of Play – Group to II are going to participate in the Rhymes &Elocution Day Apart from these Mega Events we have had a Fete to conclude the celebration . With the support and blessings of Management , Parents , staff and Students we pray for the institution to scale new heights and create a distinct path for the generations to follow. |
